By using MarketorApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Who Can Use MarketorApp

MarketorApp is intended for use by small businesses and individual creators aged 18 and older. You represent that you are legally eligible to enter into this agreement.

3. Business Responsibilities

Businesses using the platform agree to provide accurate information, including business name, Instagram handle, and reward offerings. Businesses are responsible for fulfilling any promised rewards to customers who meet the posted criteria. However, businesses reserve the right to withhold or modify rewards at their sole discretion.

4. Reward Availability

While MarketorApp facilitates reward-based engagement, the availability of rewards is entirely at the discretion of the participating businesses. Businesses may choose not to offer a reward at certain times, or may update reward terms without prior notice.

4A. Social Media Disclosure Requirements

To maintain transparency and adhere to social media platform guidelines, all Instagram posts made in exchange for rewards must include the hashtag #reward in the caption. This informs viewers that the post was made in exchange for a benefit.

We also encourage participating businesses to comply with Instagram’s Branded Content Policy by enabling the “Paid Partnership” tag through their business or creator Instagram account when appropriate.

5. Data and Privacy

We do not collect or store personal data from customers. We only store limited business profile data to facilitate the reward process. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or is found to be abusing the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

MarketorApp is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the platform.

9. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Arbitration Notice: You agree that any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of MarketorApp will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration, and you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

You may still bring claims in small claims court if eligible. To opt out of arbitration, email us at [email protected] within 5 days of accepting these Terms.
